At this level, the practice becomes more refined. Awareness deepens, and what was once simply felt begins to unfold with greater clarity.

With the introduction of symbols and subtler techniques, Reiki shifts. It becomes less about doing and more about allowing. The connection to energy feels quieter, yet more profound.

In a private 1 on 1 setting, this process becomes even more personal. There is space to pause, to ask, and to fully integrate each step with guidance and presence.

It’s amazing to reunite with my students since pandemic time. Especially introducing not just the intense healing energy of Kundalini Reiki, but the ancient wisdom of Hinduism at the same time. It was such a fulfilling time sharing wisdom and more advanced easy techniques to help you adapt your practice more in your daily life.

I also taught a traditional and effective way of manifestation through meditation and I’m excited to see the results!
