1. All items are made to order (unless stated as "onhand"), therefore everything is made according to your baby's measurements.
2. THE GOLDEN RULE: There is a 6-7 week leadtime for us to make your orders so always RESERVE YOUR SLOT at least 7 weeks before your event. We try our best to make your orders as early as possible but please be aware that we cannot always accept requests for rush orders. This shop is composed of 2 cutting assistants and 2 sewing assistants. As of now, we are not enough to cover the whole Philippines!!! :D
3. Send us a message for your orders. We get a lot of inquiries/messages everyday so please be patient. We prioritize the ones who have reserved earlier. If you don't get an answer within 48 hours, please do message us again.
4. To determine your baby's shoe size, always give the barefoot measurement in exact and in centimeters. Just indicate the date of the event so we can provide the right allowance. Do not provide your own allowance as this might lead to incorrect sizing. TAKE NOTE, WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURN and EXCHANGE. We do not have time for it.
