Movement is how children explore, learn, and grow - helping them build coordination, strength, and focus while supporting regulation and wellness.

Stride Center is excited to introduce Little Movers, led by Teacher Tricia - a licensed occupational therapist certified in Rainbow Yoga and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Through playful and guided activities, children will develop body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, and a stronger mind-body connection. This group class is designed to get kids moving with purpose and joy 🧒👧

What can our little ones do with their big feelings? 💙

Stride Center is happy to share our Mindfulness Class for Kids with Teacher Tricia - a licensed occupational therapist, trained in Rainbow Yoga and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

This class aims to equip children with tools to calm their bodies, understand their emotions, and respond more thoughtfully - helping them feel more confident, focused, and at ease in everyday situations.

Because mindful, regulated kids can take bigger strides forward 🌿✨
