Sa panahon sa kusog nga ulan ug baha, ayaw kumpiyansa. Ang tubig-baha mahimong kontaminado sa ihi sa ilaga ug ubang hayop ug mahimong hinungdan sa leptospirosis.

✅ Likayi ang paglusong sa baha kung mahimo.
🥾 Kung dili malikayan, pagsul-ob og botas ug protektahi ang mga samad.
🧼 Hugasi dayon ang lawas nga nabasa o na-expose sa baha.
⚠️ Bantayi ang hilanat, sakit sa ulo ug lawas, pagsuka, ug pagpula/pagdalag sa mata o panit.

Kung nalusong sa baha o adunay samad nga na-expose sa baha, ayaw pag-self-medicate. Konsulta dayon sa doktor para sa hustong assessment ug tambal.

Amping kanunay, especially this rainy season.
Prevention is always better than cure.
