Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 08, s. 2026, the DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center - Cebu City stands united in celebrating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary through the ceremonial signing of the Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall, held during the Flag Raising Ceremony last September 14, 2026.

Aligned with this year's theme, "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan," our personnel publicly affirmed their commitment to health excellence, ethical governance, and public duty.

DOH-TRC Cebu City Family Day 2026: Celebrating Family, Healing, and Hope!

DOH-TRC Cebu City celebrated Family Day 2026 on September 9–10, 2026, bringing together our patients, families, staff, partners, and friends in a celebration filled with meaningful activities, laughter, and beautiful memories.

On September 9, the Residential/Inpatient Treatment Division facilitated a meaningful day for our residential patients and their families, featuring a Psychoeducational Video Presentation on Su***de Prevention and the Launching of the Trauma-Informed Recovery Program Module, highlighted by an inspiring message on Trauma-Informed Care from our Chief of Hospital III, Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta.

The day was made even more special as patients and staff showcased their talents, filling the celebration with music, smiles, and joyful moments.

Adding to the joy of the celebration were the smiles and laughter of the children! Their faces lit up with excitement when they saw Jollibee and the amazing magician, who made their day extra bright and unforgettable.

We were also grateful for the presence and support of our guests and partners from Kiwanis International, King Humabon Inc. and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

The celebration became even more special as we marked the birthday of our Chief of Hospital III, Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta. With patients, families, and the DOH-TRC Cebu City family gathered around her, the occasion was filled with warm greetings, gratitude, and appreciation for her unwavering commitment, compassionate leadership and the genuine care she continually extends to others.

Family Day 2026 reminded us that healing is not a journey taken alone. It is made stronger by family, compassion, friendship, and a community that cares.

Blessing of the DOH-TRC Cebu City Visiting Area.

On September 4, 2026, the DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center – Cebu City officially blessed its newly improved Visiting Area, marking another step toward creating a more welcoming and meaningful space for clients, patients and their families.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by the Execom Officers, headed by Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta, Chief of Hospital III together with Mr. Lawrence Nicole C. Gomera, OIC-Chief Administrative Officer and Ms. Josefel S. Ambay, Chief Health Program Officer. Also joining the ceremony was Engr. Keith E. Muaña, Engr. III and Rev. Fr. Jun Amante.

We were also honored to have visitors from Kiwanis International join us on this meaningful occasion.

May this space continue to foster hope, connection, and healing among our clients, patients and their loved ones❤️
