Problem with Nosebleeds? 👃🩸

Nosebleeds are common and are often caused by dry air, nose picking, allergies, or minor injuries. Most are not serious and can be treated at home.

What to do:
• Sit upright and lean slightly forward.
• Pinch the soft part of your nose for 10–15 minutes without letting go.
• Apply a cold compress over the bridge of your nose.

Seek medical attention if the bleeding lasts longer than 20 minutes, is very heavy, follows a serious injury, or keeps coming back.

Remember: Do not tilt your head back, as this can cause blood to flow into your throat.
