To promote and provide quality medical care to all active Uniformed and Civilian personnel of the Philippine Coast Guard to ensure and preserve their health; prevent diseases, injuries or disabilities thay may directly or indirect

ly impair the performance of their duties; and render medical assistance to direct dependents of PCG Personnel, and other civilian patients as authorized by the Command.
