To all Yoga Wisdom & Mantra Meditation course 1 and 2 graduates, we are going to start course 2 and course 3 soon. 🌞🌻🌺

You are most welcome to join. There are no fees involved. However, your time, enthusiasm and a commitment to complete the 5 sessions in each course are required.

There is so much to learn when it comes to Yoga Wisdom & Mantra Meditation, where you may easily feel overwhelmed and don't know where to begin. For this reason, we have organized these courses, in a ladderized system, to help you gain understanding step by step. Each session deals with a very foundational and important topic, which will be a stepping stone for the next sessions.

Therefore, the keys to success in this journey of gaining a solid understanding of Yoga Wisdom and its application are:

1️⃣ Not to miss any sessions (ask for a catch-up session if you have to miss one, despite trying your best not to).
2️⃣ Ask the course instructor questions directly to clear your concerns instead of speculating the answers or googling them.
3️⃣ Have a daily meditation practice. This will help to clear your mind of all previous misconception and assist you in hearing and seeing things for what they truly are.
