St. Luke's is setting a new standard in women's health by pioneering the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) procedure. This non-surgical treatment modality is a game-changer for those dealing with the pain, heavy bleeding, and discomfort caused by Myoma (fibroids) and Adenomyosis.

Dr. Sandee Go, OB-GYN and Assistant Head of the HIFU Unit, highlights that this is the first treatment of its kind in the Philippines, providing a safer, less invasive option for women.

A suggestion for all of us to consider: “Let us heed the plea of our healthcare workers! Even if we are on GCQ, let us act as if we are on ECQ for the next 2 weeks, that is, stay at home unless extremely necessary.

-No going to church (Bishop Pabillo already ordered the stoppage of masses inside churches)
-No going to gyms and other recreational facilities
- No going to salons and barber shops
-No eating inside restaurants
-No to non-essential travels
-Yes to online transactions
-Yes to working from home whenever possible
-Yes to strictly observing protocols
-YES to unity in prayer

I hope you get the idea. This is the new normal.

Accept the reality that our situation is not getting any better. We don’t need the government to put us on ECQ. We can do it voluntarily! Let’s do it for our healthcare workers... and for ourselves and families.”

Copy, paste and pass this around!
