As much as we can, let's engage in other recreational activities more so we can help lessen or limit excessive screen time of our kids 😀

As a gentle reminder, let's aim to stick to the recommended allowable screen time for age, monitor the content that our kids watch and view, and avoid gaming as much as possible.

⛔️ Below 2 years old: NO screen time
‼️ 2 years old: 30 mins per day
⚠️ 3-5 years old: 1 hour per day
✅️ 6 years old & above: 2 hours per day
