Growth Wonders PH successfully held its onsite in-service training today, August 22, 2026, on “Ayres Sensory Integration: Overview and Practical Applications,” facilitated by T. Maria Therese Lee, MSOT, OTR/L, SWC.

This training is part of GW’s continuing efforts to improve the quality of our services by supporting the ongoing learning and professional development of our consultants. We believe that when our team continues to learn, we are better equipped to understand and respond to the needs of the children and families we serve.

Congratulations, Teacher Robert, on completing the DIR 101: An Introduction to DIR® and DIRFloortime® course, held on July 17–18, 2026! 🎉

DIRFloortime uses play and everyday interactions to help children connect, communicate, manage their emotions, and build new skills. In therapy, it allows professionals to follow the child’s interests while gently encouraging them to engage, interact, and learn at their own pace.

Happy Father’s Day to our very first best friends! 💙

Today, we celebrate the dads and father figures who love, guide, and care for us every day. We had fun pretending to shave and get haircuts just like Dad, designed our own polo shirts, and topped it all off with a special cake! We can’t wait to do all these for you when we’re grown!

To all the dads and father figures who stepped into the role of a dad—thank you for your hugs, your help, your laughter, your friendship, and your love. We are so lucky to have you in our lives!

📣 UP Occupational Therapy is now opening registrations for Vision and Occupation!

In this workshop, licensed occupational therapists will learn about their role in visual rehabilitation, how to evaluate performance, and how to apply intervention strategies for persons with visual impairments. There will be direct client interactions for the evaluation, intervention, and home program dissemination.

Event details:
🗓️ Duration: 3 months (July 29 to September 30)
⏱️ Total Hours: 30 hours across 14 sessions
💻 Venue & Format: Hybrid
- Online: 12 sessions, once per week
- On-site: 2 sessions at Angeles University Foundation (Pampanga)

Growth Wonders PH proudly celebrates this important milestone and commends your dedication, perseverance, and passion for learning.

What makes this achievement even more special is that this group proactively sought observation opportunities with us in June 2025 in preparation for their internship year. During their time at Growth Wonders PH, they had the opportunity to observe the various services we provide, allowing them to gain a broader understanding of interdisciplinary practice and early intervention.

We would also like to extend special congratulations to Teacher Audrey and Teacher Cheska for placing 9th and 10th, respectively, among the Best Interns of their batch. 🏅
