Job Title: Business Development & B2B Marketing Specialist (OFW Clinic)

Job Purpose: The B2B Marketing Specialist drives clinic revenue by establishing and managing corporate partnerships with land-based recruitment agencies and maritime manning firms. The primary goal is to secure corporate accounts and make our clinic the preferred or accredited partner for Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME).
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Account Acquisition (B2B Sales)
- Identify and prospect land-based recruitment and maritime manning agencies deploying OFWs.
- Pitch clinic services to agency owners, HR directors, and liaison officers via cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Negotiate corporate rates, credit terms, and draft Service Level Agreements (SLAs) tailored to agency deployment volumes.
2. Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accredited agencies to ensure seamless patient endorsement.
-Coordinate with the clinic medical team to expedite delayed results and resolve billing or documentation issues for partner agencies.
-Conduct regular check-ins with active accounts to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
3. Compliance & Market Intelligence
- Monitor DMW, DOH, and Marina regulations to ensure clinic offers comply with changing PEME requirements.
- Track competitor pricing, packages, and turnaround times to keep the clinic’s B2B offers competitive.
- Identify high-volume deployment trends (e.g., sudden hiring booms for specific countries or industries) to target relevant agencies.
Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, corporate clinic accounts, or account management within the recruitment/manning industry.
Network: Having an existing network of contacts within POEA/DMW-licensed recruitment agencies is a major advantage.
Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the PEME process, medical accreditation systems, and OFW deployment workflows.
Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and corporate communication skills (written and verbal).
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
