We are honored to have welcomed the Physical Therapy interns from Saint Louis College, Thailand who visited the PT Synergy Clinic during the months of January and February. 🇹🇭🇵🇭

During their time with us, the visiting interns had the opportunity to immerse themselves in our clinical environment and gain insights into how rehabilitation services are delivered in our setting. The interns actively observed and participated in various learning activities designed to enhance clinical reasoning and deepen understanding of neurologic rehabilitation.

The visiting interns were able to observe and engage in telerehabilitation sessions, allowing them to appreciate how technology can be used to deliver accessible and patient-centered care. The visiting interns also participated in task analysis, functional assessments, and exercise program development, which are essential components of evidence-based physical therapy practice.

In addition, the visiting interns joined our PT Synergy interns in engaging and interactive activities, including a Neurologic Physical Therapy Quiz Bee, which encouraged collaborative learning and reinforced key concepts in neurorehabilitation. They were also given a chance to be able to observe physial therapy sessions in the clinic. Beyond the clinical and academic experiences, the exchange also created opportunities for cultural sharing, teamwork, and friendship between the visiting interns and our January and February PT interns. It was truly a meaningful experience for both our visiting interns and our interns to learn from one another and share perspectives in physical therapy education and patient care.

We sincerely thank the Saint Louis College visiting interns for their enthusiasm, participation, and dedication to learning. It was a pleasure to have you at the PT Synergy Clinic, and you are always welcome to come back to the Philippines.

You have filled the halls of our clinic and the homes of our patients with such warmth and light. Your vibrant energy and positive attitudes have left a lasting mark, and for that, we will always be grateful. It has been an absolute honor to work alongside you and, more importantly, to learn from you. We’ve been inspired by your growth and the way you’ve balanced sharp clinical confidence with a teachable spirit. Thank you for teaching us while you learned with us. 💛

We are especially grateful for your consistently vibrant presence. Your high-energy patient support didn't just uplift your own patients; it boosted the morale of the entire clinic. Your enthusiasm had a beautiful ripple effect so much so that even neighboring sessions seemed to gain extra courage just by being near your energy. We have been incredibly proud to witness your transformation into confident practitioners throughout your time with us. As you close your August rotation, we want to recognize and celebrate your growth. As first-time interns, you have shown how proactive, dedicated, and reliable you are. We held high expectations for you, and you have truly met them.

Continue to nurture your passion for Physical Therapy. Remain caring, compassionate, and above all, thinking PTs who put your patients first. Welcoming our guests from the University of Kebangsaan to the UST PT Synergy Clinic!

The visiting student interns had the opportunity to explore our Telerehabilitation setup, where patients from remote areas are able to access free Physical Therapy services—all from the safety of their homes. This innovation makes quality rehabilitation more accessible, convenient, and empowering for those who need it most.

Our August PT Synergy Interns also shared meaningful discussions with the students, giving insights into the cultural history of Manila and building bridges of collaboration across borders.
