✨Story time ✨

One of the most rewarding parts of being an endocrinologist is walking alongside patients through different seasons of life.

Most days, I manage diabetes. But sometimes, I get to help couples preparing for pregnancy. One of my patients was referred by her OB-GYN for uncontrolled diabetes while trying to conceive. After getting her sugars under better control, she came back with the happiest news—she's now 6 weeks pregnant. 🤍

I also have another patient on her own journey, working on weight management while hoping to conceive.

Praying for all my patients. In God's perfect timing, beautiful things unfold. 🙏

✨ ✨ Reflection Time ✨

These past few days have been challenging. Feeling a little under the weather, coupled with the tragic news from the elementary school, left me worried and anxious as a mother who will soon be sending her child to school.

Yet in the midst of fear and uncertainty, God gently reminded me to be blessed and not stressed. While I cannot control everything around me, I can trust the One who holds everything in His hands.

Despite the worries, I continue to witness patients getting better as God uses me to care for them each day. Grateful to God for calming my anxious heart, granting me peace, and allowing me to be an instrument of His healing and care for others.

As we reflect today, let us also lift up in prayer the affected families, students, teachers, and the entire community. May God surround them with His comfort, strength, peace, and healing during this difficult time.

Choosing faith over fear, gratitude over worry, and remembering that I am truly blessed, not stressed.❤️
