The recent weather has made traveling much more challenging. Going out for your health concerns can also be harmful to your health, especially for our loved ones who are elderly and have comorbidities.

To help out, I’m reopening my online clinic for those who find it difficult to travel for face-to-face appointments. You can now get the care you need from the comfort of your home—dry and safe! 🏠💻

While some conditions still need a physical check-up, many of your health concerns, follow-ups, and prescription refills can be handled virtually.

Ang mga mikrobyo ng TB ay kumakalat sa pamamagitan ng hangin kapag ang isang taong may aktibong sakit na TB ay umuubo, nagsasalita, o kumakanta. Maaaring malanghap ng mga taong nasa malapit ang mga mikrobyo ng TB at mahawahan sila nito.

Ang TB ay HINDI kumakalat sa pamamagitan ng:
• pakikipaghiraman ng mga sepilyo
• panghihipo ng mga sapin ng higaan o mga toilet
• laway mula sa pakikipaghalikan
• pagbabahagi ng pagkain, inumin, o kagamitan
• pakikipagkamay sa isang tao

Ang TB ay mas malamang na kumalat sa mga taong gumugugol ng oras kasama ng isang taong may aktibong sakit na TB tulad ng isang miyembro ng pamilya, kaibigan, o kasamahan

The bacteria that cause leptospirosis are spread through the urine (p*e) of infected animals like rats. The bacteria can survive in contaminated water or soil for weeks to months. 🐀⛈️🌊

🫁 Pulmonary hemorrhage is a rare, life-threatening complication of a Leptospirosis. Tiny blood vessels in the lungs break and bleed into the air sacs. This causes severe breathing trouble, coughing up blood, and dangerously low oxygen levels.

Seek medical advice promptly for potential post-exposure antibiotic prophylaxis if you were forced to wade through floodwaters.

The spiritual life is fed, nourished, by prayer and is expressed outwardly through mission: inhaling and exhaling. When we inhale, by prayer, we receive the fresh air of the Holy Spirit. When exhaling this air, we announced Jesus Christ risen by the same Spirit. No one can live without breathing. It is the same for the Christian: without praise and mission there is not Christian life. And with praise, worship. We rarely speak about worship. What do we do when we pray?
