The University of Santo Tomas Hospital (USTH) Department of Surgery – Section of Thoracic, Cardiac and Vascular Surgery (TCVS) has successfully concluded its annual Post-Graduate Course, “ACCESS CODE: Decoding Excellence in Hemodialysis Vascular Access Stewardship.”
This year’s symposium brought together vascular surgeons, nephrologists, hemodialysis nurses, and allied health professionals from different parts of the Philippines. From insightful lectures on current best practices to invaluable hands-on workshops, participants gained practical strategies to elevate patient care and manage complex clinical complications.
An event of this scale would not have been possible without the unwavering support of those who champion medical education and patient care. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to:
● Our Medical Director and the USTH Administration for their invaluable guidance and leadership in making this event a reality.
● Our Esteemed Consultants and Local Experts for generously sharing their time, mastery, and clinical wisdom.
● Our Generous Sponsors and Industry Partners whose collaboration and support provided the vital resources to drive this course forward.
● Our Dedicated Participants who traveled from various regions across the archipelago. Your passion, engagement, and commitment to learning made this event a resounding success.
Beyond the lectures and workshops, the true heart of ACCESS CODE lies in our shared mission: to empower healthcare providers so we can give our Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients a better quality of life and a stronger, safer, and better lifeline.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we continue to raise the standard for vascular access stewardship in the Philippines! 🇵🇭
