The Water Exercise Institute (WEI) is officially up and running!

This has been the project I’ve been leading since August 2025, and it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come from concept to reality.

Countless hours of planning, building, filming, revising, and creating — all focused on making aquatic exercise more accessible, structured, and empowering for people everywhere.

Still just getting started. 🚀

Started from the bottom and now we’re halfway through. Officially completed my first physiotherapy assessments and treatments in Canada — and it felt natural.

It’s been a while since I independently led my own treatments, and I honestly can’t wait to do more. All those manual therapy skills that had been sitting on the sidelines are finally back in action.

Feels really good to be back.

Three years ago today, I stepped into my first role as a team physio for a football club — covering trainings and matches. Fast forward to now, I’m learning the ins and outs of organizing a soccer tournament.

From being on the sidelines with the team to now seeing things from a management perspective — it’s a whole new world, and the growth has been incredible.
