1. Advocacy and inculcation of humanitarian values and character building.

The University of the East Red Cross Youth Council (UE-RCYC) is a prominent student organization within the University of the East, Philippines, established to promote humanitarian values and community service. Established in 2015, the UE Manila Red Cross Youth Council, a volunteer, humanitarian organization believes in the core values, mission and vision of the Philippine Red Cross. Our mission i

s to educate and empower the children and youth in the spirit of Red Cross through constructive trainings and effective leadership, and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities. Service and solidarity.
4. National/International friendship, understanding and education for peace.
5. Dissemination of the Red Cross 7 fundamental principles and IHL. Aim:
