The USTH Department of Nursing conducted its 3rd preceptorship program, which was designed to clearly define and examine the challenges of teaching and mentoring the new generation of nurses, focusing on nurturing instruction and guided practice.

Three days of learning, leadership, and growth—our preceptorship program may have concluded, but the journey of excellence in nursing continues.
