Syphilis is transmitted sexually, through direct contact with a syphilis sore, rash, or mucous membrane during unprotected oral, va**nal, or a**l in*******se. Sores, or chancres, occur on the lips and mouth, va**na, p***s, a**s, and re**um.

The symptoms of Primary Stages include:

　　 ⚠️Small, painless sore or ulcer called a chancre that you might not notice
　　 ⚠️Sore typically be on the p***s, va**na, or around the a**s, although it can sometimes appear in the mouth or on the lips, fingers or buttocks.
　　 ⚠️Most people only have one sore
　　 ⚠️Swollen glands in your neck, groin or armpits.

Pain in the lower abdomen is caused by inflammation of an organ such as appendicitis, diverticulitis, colitis, by stretching or distention of an organ or by loss of the supply of blood to an organ.

Serious causes of sudden severe pain in the lower abdomen include:

　　⚠️Appendicitis: It is the swelling of the appendix, which causes pain in the lower right-hand side of your abdomen, and means that your appendix will need to be removed.

　　⚠️Urinary Tract Infection: It is common and presents symptoms, such as burning when you pass urine and going to the toilet more often.

　　⚠️Acute cystitis: It is the inflammation of the gallbladder, which is often caused by gallstones, in many cases, your gallbladder will need to be removed.

　　⚠️Kidney stones: It is the small stones that may be passed out in your urine, but larger stones may block the kidney tubes, and you'll need to go to the hospital to cleanse them up.

The signs include:

　　 ⚠️A blotchy red rash that often affects the palms of the hands or soles of the feet

In men the symptoms include:

Warts are caused by infection of the outer layer of skin with a virus called the human papillomavirus and there are many different strains of HPV. Warts are small benign fleshy growths on the skin. They can grow almost anywhere on the body but are commonly seen on the hands, fingers, face, and feet. They affect people at some point in their lives.

♦️The signs and symptoms of warts include:♦️

⚠️Appear as raised, flesh-colored lumps or bumps.

⚠️The size of warts may vary, and multiple warts may be present at the same time.

⚠️They might appear anywhere on body surfaces that are exposed in sexual contact, including the v***a, va**na, cervix, or groin in women.

⚠️Many people with warts have no symptoms, but sometimes they might happen at the location of warts.
