BRAVE - Women's Self Defense System BRAVE is self-defense program created specifically to empower women against sexual assault, robbery, violence, and rape.

Our mission is to empower women, eradicate sexual assault and even up the playing field through our unique training system. BRAVE Women's Self Defense System was created specifically to empower women against sexual assault. Based on a mixture of martial arts principles, self-defense and street fighting skills,BRAVE Women's Self Defense was created exclusively for women. Awareness, verbal and psych

ological aspects of self defense are incorporated in BRAVE Women's Self Defense System. Completing BRAVE Women's Self Defense training will increase self-confidence, enhance personal safety, raise awareness and become more comfortable on how to use one's body as a weapon.
