๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐.
As we celebrate Buwan ng Wika, we're reminded of the beauty of languageโbut we're also reminded that not every emotion can be expressed through words.
Sometimes, our hearts carry feelings that are too heavy, too complex, or too quiet to explain. And that's okay.
This month, Mental Health Hour Manila invites you to ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐
๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ, a listening session where we'll explore another languageโthe language of creativity. Through simple art activities, we'll create a safe space to pause, reflect, and express what may be difficult to put into words.
We're also grateful to be joined by Jown C., our Confidant and a Certified Expressive Arts Support Group Facilitator, who will guide us through this meaningful session with compassion and care.
โจ No artistic talent or experience is required.
This isn't about creating a masterpieceโit's about creating space for yourself. Whether you use crayons, colored pencils, markers, or simply a pen, your art is valid because it reflects your story.
๐๏ธ What to prepare:
โข Any blank paper, notebook, or journal
โข Coloring materials of your choice (crayons, markers, colored pencils, paintโor even just a pen!)
โข An open heart and a willingness to show up as you are

Come as you are. Let your hands express what your heart has been holding. We'll be here to listen, create, and grow togetherโone color, one line, and one conversation at a time. ๐
