You will not walk into this week alone.

God has already gone ahead of you, and nothing you will face is a surprise to Him. “The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:8)

The worries in your mind right now- the “what ifs,” the pressure of provision, the fear of things not working out- God sees all of it. And He gently invites you not to carry them all by yourself, but to release them to Him. “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

What is worrying you?
Name what feels heavy in your heart and whisper it in prayer.
Then picture yourself placing it into His hands.

Remember, what is surrendered to God no longer has to be carried by you. Even if it feels impossible, nothing is too hard for Him and He is able to do far more than you could ever ask or imagine (Jeremiah 32:17; Ephesians 3:20).

PRAYER:

Lord,

This week feels heavy to me but I choose to give it to You. Every worry that I have, I place it in Your hands. Help me trust that You will take care of me today and all of my tomorrows. Give me peace where there is anxiety and strength where I feel weak.

In Jesus' name,

Lord,

My mind is full of things I can’t fix, and honestly, it’s exhausting trying to hold it all together. I keep trying to figure everything out on my own, but I know I’m not meant to.

I’m handing over the parts of my life that I can’t control.

The parts that keep me up at night and the things that make me feel small. Please take that weight off my shoulders. Help me to really believe that you’ve got this,

and more importantly, that you’ve got me.

Let me breathe a little easier knowing that you’re watching over everything while I rest.

In Jesus' name, Amen.
