I used to think that starting over meant proving you’re strong enough to fix the mess yourself, rushing to put every piece back into place before anyone noticed they fell. But I was wrong.

You don't have to rebuild everything all at once.

I realized that I cannot rebuild when I rush and exclude the One who made me.

To you who is struggling to get back on their feet, may you not be ashamed to begin again.
ake the next step with God, trusting that He sees you, knows what you need, and is able to sustain you along the way. The place where you have fallen is not beyond His reach.

As the Psalmist reminds us, "The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down" (Psalm 145:14). He does not turn away from your weakness; instead, He meets you right in the middle of it.

It takes a humble heart to stop striving in your own strength and simply ask Him for help. Humility is always about having the courage to lean entirely on Him. Scripture assures us, "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up" (James 4:10).

Let Him lift you up, beloved. There is still hope ahead. As you surrender your worries and cares unto Him, be excited in the truth that your story is not ending as you perceive.

Rather, it is entering a new beautiful chapter, but this time-

with Jesus.

Prayer
Father, when I feel discouraged by where I am in life, remind me that You are still holding me. Help me stop measuring my life by how far I think I should be.

Give me the humility to admit when I am weary, to lay down my pride, and to ask You for help without shame. Remind me that You are the God who lifts up all who are bowed down and that You draw near to the humble in heart.

Give me courage to begin again, strength for today, and hope for what lies ahead. Teach me to trust Your leading, even when I cannot yet see where it will take me. Thank You that my weakness does not make me forgotten and that I can always turn to You for help.

In Jesus' name, amen.

Ang taong tunay na may malasakit ay gagawa ng paraan upang kayo ay maituro sa taong tunay na makakatulong, hindi sa serbisyong may malinaw na koneksyon o pagkiling sa mga may "posisyon".

Kung tunay ang hangaring tumulong, hindi lamang salita ang maibibigay. Alam nating lahat na sa oras ng pagpanaw ng isang mahal sa buhay, isa sa pinakamabigat na pangangailangan ng pamilya ay ang pinansyal na suporta. Kung maging sa mga tunay na kapos ay hindi naiaabot ang totoong tulong, paano pa kaya sa mga may kakayahang maglabas ng sariling pera?!

Huwag basta magpadala sa mga taong sa unang tingin ay tila malaki ang maitutulong. Sapagkat kung minsan, sa halip na iahon ka sa panahon ng pangangailangan, lalo ka lamang nilang ilulubog para sa sarili nilang interes at motibo.

Maging mapanuri. Maging matalino. Sa oras ng inyong kapighatian, piliin ang serbisyong tunay na may malasakit at tunay na makakatulong hindi ang serbisyong may ibang layunin sa likod ng mga salita..

Pakiramdaman ninyo ang tulong na tunay at taos-puso. Sa kabila ng lahat, may mga tao pa ding handang tumulong nang buong puso ng walang hinihinging kapalit.

Sa oras ng pagluluksa, hindi kayo nag-iisa. 💛

I almost forgot.

In the middle of the noise, the fear, and the weight of everything piling up all at once, I almost forgot who sits beside me in the storm.

It happens so easily. When the waves start crashing over the edges of our lives, panic takes over.

We look at the chaos, we count our problems, and we feel entirely, painfully alone.

Then we forget- even if just for a moment- that Jesus is sitting right beside us in the middle of it all.

He is so close.

Close enough for you to lean your heavy head against Him. Close enough for you to feel His steady, reassuring heartbeat.
Close enough to hear your own heart when it is breaking.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18

The waters may still be rough for a little while longer, but you are not alone. The One who speaks peace to the wildest waves is bringing that same peace to the mess in your life right now.

"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you."
Isaiah 43:1–2

Be still, beloved.
Remember that you are sitting right beside the One whom even the winds and the waves obey.
