Please be advised that the CMU Hospital is currently unable to provide the 𝙃𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙨 𝘽 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣 (𝙃𝘽𝙨𝘼𝙜) 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 and Hepatitis A Virus (HAV) Test due to the unavailability of test kits.

📌 Enrollees of the 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙉𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 may undergo their 𝙃𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙨 𝘽 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣 (𝙃𝘽𝙨𝘼𝙜) 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 and 𝘿𝙧𝙪𝙜 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 at a laboratory or hospital of their choice. Kindly bring the results of these tests during your scheduled appointment.

📌 Enrollees of the 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 may likewise undergo their 𝙃𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙨 𝘽 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣 (𝙃𝘽𝙨𝘼𝙜) 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 and 𝙃𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙨 𝘼 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙪𝙨 (𝙃𝘼𝙑) 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 at a laboratory or hospital of their choice. Kindly bring the results of these tests during your scheduled appointment.

All other required diagnostic and laboratory procedures must still be completed at CMU Hospital.

📌 Enrollees from colleges other than the College of Nursing and College of Human Ecology may undergo their 𝙃𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙨 𝘽 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣 (𝙃𝘽𝙨𝘼𝙜) 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 and 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙓-𝙧𝙖𝙮 at a hospital or laboratory of their choice prior to their scheduled appointment.
