𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙩.
The 𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙇𝙖𝙢𝙥 𝙄𝙘𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 is not given to the nurse who simply did her job well. It is given to the nurse who became the job — who embodied its values so completely, so consistently, and so selflessly that she ceased to be just a nurse and became a living symbol of what nursing in this community aspires to be.
That nurse is 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝘿. 𝙇𝙪𝙘𝙢𝙖𝙣.
She has carried the lamp of nursing at Amai Pakpak Medical Center not just with her title as Chief Nurse, but with every decision she made, every nurse she guided, every patient she protected, and every standard she refused to lower — even when it was hard, even when no one was watching, even when the reward was only the quiet knowledge that she had done right by the people in her care.
