In a growing local coffee scene where new cafés continue to open and customers have more choices than ever, building a coffee shop that people remember requires more than simply serving a good cup.

For Canoffee Cafe in Sta. Cruz, Laguna, the formula has been built around three things that are clearly reflected in its identity: coffee, connection, and community.

But behind the physical concept is something even more important: a local entrepreneur who chose to invest not only in a coffee shop, but also in learning how to build the business behind it.

They didn’t come because we were nearby. They came because they believed the journey was worth it. ☕🇵🇭

Our Coffee Entrepreneurship Masterclass Level 1 brings together aspiring and existing coffee entrepreneurs from different parts of the Philippines—some traveling for hours, crossing provinces, taking flights, and leaving their businesses and families for a few days just to learn.

That says something.

When you’re serious about building a coffee business, you don’t just look for the nearest training. You look for the right one.

And every batch reminds us why we do what we do: to equip the next generation of Filipino coffee entrepreneurs with more than just coffee-making skills—but with the systems, numbers, strategies, and mindset needed to build a real business.

From different cities. Different provinces. Different stories.

One goal: to build a better coffee business.

Thank you for traveling all the way to learn with us. Your commitment means more than you know. ❤️

Congratulations to our newest batch of future coffee shop owners who finished their Coffee Entrepreneurship Masterclass Level 1
(Batch 124).

At CEM Level 1, you don’t just attend a class.

You get a system — a clear structure to help you run your coffee shop toward profitability.
Inside the program, we covered:

• Entrepreneurial mindset — thinking like a real business owner
• Step-by-step guide to opening a coffee shop in the Philippines
• Business Model Canvas — structuring your concept properly
• Costing and financial fundamentals — understanding your numbers
• Research and Development of products — building and testing your menu strategically
• Operations standards — workflow, consistency, and daily structure

This is not random learning.

It’s a framework you can apply immediately.
And when you enroll, you don’t get left alone after 3 days.

You get lifetime consultation access with our mentors — because building a profitable café requires guidance beyond the classroom.

If you’re serious about opening your own coffee shop, start with structure.

Discover , a neighborhood coffee bar in Nangka, Marikina serving single-origin coffee, creative signature drinks, homemade syrups, and in-house baked treats.

Tucked inside Mira Verde Subdivision in Nangka, Marikina, Goose Coffee is proving that a meaningful café experience does not always require a large commercial space or a high-traffic mall location.

Located at 8A Goosefish Street, Goose Coffee presents itself as a neighborhood coffee bar and a “coffee and third space”—a place where people can enjoy carefully prepared drinks, slow down after a long day, and connect with the community around them.

Tucked inside Eton Centris Walk at the corner of Quezon Avenue and EDSA in Quezon City, Mollie's World Cafè has quickly become one of Metro Manila's most talked-about coffee destinations. Part coffee shop, part dog cafe, it combines a genuine café menu with the novelty of spending an afternoon surrounded by corgis — and it has drawn coverage from local media, the Quezon City government's own social channels, and a steady stream of visitors documenting their trips on TikTok and Instagram.
