Pero kapag may ubo, sipon, lagnat, o pananakit ng katawan, mahalagang pakinggan ang katawan at alagaan ang sarili.

A few simple habits can help protect you and your family:

✅ Magpa-flu vaccine ayon sa rekomendasyon ng healthcare professional.
✅ Maghugas ng kamay nang regular.
✅ Takpan ang bibig at ilong kapag umuubo o bumabahing.
✅ Manatili muna sa bahay kapag may sakit, kung maaari.
✅ Panatilihing maaliwalas ang loob ng bahay.
✅ Magsuot ng mask kung may sintomas at kailangang lumabas.

Around 75,000 cases of Influenza-like Illnesses (ILI) have been reported in the Philippines so far this year — slightly fewer than last year and still within the usual flu trend.
