Vision and hearing screening tests help ensure your child can see clearly and hear well in class — an important step for learning, safety, and overall development. These tests are commonly required for enrollment in preschool, elementary, and high school.

💡Tip: Check your child's pre-enrollment health record for sections on hearing and visual acuity.

💡Ishihara color vision test, stereopsis / depth perception test are also available.

We are happy to welcome Dr. Aliana Vera Cruz, who has completed fellowship training in Cornea and External Eye Diseases.

👁️ What conditions does she treat?

Dr. Vera Cruz specializes in the care of conditions affecting the front surface of the eye, including:
• Dry, irritated, or painful eyes
• Eye infections and inflammation
• Corneal ulcers, scars, and blurred vision
• Pterygium (“pugita”), whether primary or recurrent
• Ocular surface tumors ("laman o bukol sa mata")

🪬Procedures and surgeries she specializes in:
• Pterygium removal
• Removal and biopsy of eye surface growths or tumors
• Corneal and ocular surface surgeries to improve vision and eye comfort
• Amniotic membrane transplantation for healing and protection of the eye
• Routine and complex cataract surgery
• Scleral fixation of intraocular lens
• ICL implantation
