As professionals who work with children with diverse learning needs, we fully agree: INCLUSION WITHOUT SUPPORT IS NOT INCLUSION.

Real inclusion happens when schools, families, therapists, and teachers work together to provide the right accommodations and interventions for every learner. Our children deserve more than access—they deserve an education designed to help them flourish.

Teacher Jun, on the implementation of the Inclusive Education Act:

"True inclusion is not achieved simply by placing a learner with a disability inside a regular classroom. It means instruction adapted to each learner’s needs, supported by proper assessments, individualized learning plans, trained teachers, accessible materials, and continuous professional support. Without these, what we have is not inclusive education—it is integration without infrastructure."
