In celebration of ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก, Camillus Medhaven Nursing Home welcomed Ms. Janelle M. Villamor, Administrator and Director for Wellness of St. Camillus Pastoral Healthcare Center, Humanization in Health advocate, and Self-Care Advocate, who generously conducted a free self-care session for our residents.

Through deep breathing, tapping techniques, facial exercises, and laughter activities, participants were reminded of the importance of nurturing their mental and emotional well-being.
