Accordingly, MV AESTHETICS AND SPA SERVICES INC. is no longer responsible for, nor does it exercise supervision or control over, the operations, services, products, personnel, promotions, transactions, or representations being made by the establishment currently operating as “Vel Spa Timog.”
The public is therefore advised to exercise due care and to verify directly with MV AESTHETICS AND SPA SERVICES INC., whether any establishment, individual, product, promotion, or service is presently authorized to use the Vel Spa name, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary materials.
For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions or representations made by the establishment currently operating at the former Vel Spa Timog location should not be presumed to be transactions, representations, or undertakings of MV AESTHETICS AND SPA SERVICES INC. or of its authorized Vel Spa branches.
