Theme: “Light the Legacy: Remember. Advance. Act. Keeping the Light Alive.”

On May 27, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at BAMs Resto Bar, Masbate City, we gathered as one community to honor lives lost, support those living with HIV, and strengthen our commitment to ending stigma and discrimination. This meaningful event reminded us that remembrance is not just about the past—it is a call to action. By keeping the light alive, we continue to educate, advocate, and empower individuals toward a future free from HIV-related stigma.

HIV Project Activity | Pre-Activity for IACM 2026 💙

Last May 25, 2026, FPOP Masbate successfully conducted an HIV Project Pre-Activity for IACM 2026 at Filminera Resource Corporation, Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate.

The activity included HIV 101, HIV Counseling & Screening, distribution of condoms with lubricants and IEC materials, and PrEP initiation to further expand access to HIV prevention and care services.

Together, we continue to strengthen awareness, prevention, and stigma-free healthcare in the community. ✨

💙 International AIDS Month Celebration | PoR Da LoVE Activity 💙

In celebration of International AIDS Month, FPOP Masbate conducted the PoR Da LoVE (PDL) Activity at BJMP Mobo District Jail as part of the ongoing HIV Project.

The activity featured HIV Counseling & Screening, an informative HIV 101 session, and the distribution of IEC materials to strengthen awareness, prevention, and access to essential HIV-related information and services.

This celebration reminds us that HIV awareness, education, compassion, and access to healthcare should reach everyone—because no one should be left behind. Together, let us continue breaking stigma and spreading love, hope, and awareness. ❤️✨

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗣𝗡𝗔𝗖) and San Lazaro Hospital are inviting all members and partners to join the 2026 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 on May 21st. This year’s theme, "𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘤𝘺: 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳. 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦. 𝘈𝘤𝘵. 𝘒𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦," serves as both a tribute to the advocates who shaped the HIV response and a call to continue progress through compassionate, community-led action. While a central ceremony will be held at the San Lazaro Hospital Dome at 4:00 PM, the Council is encouraging organizations nationwide to host their own simultaneous events, including testing drives, educational forums, and digital advocacy campaigns.

To help spread the word, a toolkit of promotional materials is available for public use. Participants are also requested to document their local efforts and submit reports to the PNAC Secretariat, as these milestones will be showcased during the 23rd PNAC Plenary to celebrate our collective impact.
