Client from Muntinlupa. Her concern was pain sa may elbow at forearm due to overuse dahil lagi siyang nagdadala ng laptop. Lumalala ang sakit kapag tina-twist o ginagalaw niya ang kanyang elbow. Umabot sa point na hirap na siyang magbukas ng bote at kahit magbuhat ng tabo ay masakit. After just one therapy session, halos nawala na ang pain at mas naging komportable na ang paggalaw ng kanyang braso.
Possible cause ng condition niya is muscle stress and overuse from repeatedly carrying a laptop. Dahil sa constant strain, nagkaroon ng muscle tightness and tension around the shoulder, arm, and elbow area. Kapag masyadong tight ang muscles at tendons, puwede itong magdulot ng compression o pressure sa nerves na nagko-connect mula shoulder pababa sa arm, which can result in pain, weakness, and difficulty doing simple tasks such as opening a bottle or lifting a tabo.
