🌿🍎 52nd Nutrition Month Celebration | Mondragon Primary Care Facility 🍎🌿

In celebration of the 52nd Nutrition Month with the theme “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan,” the Mondragon Primary Care Facility, together with its partners and stakeholders, conducted a series of meaningful activities that promoted healthy nutrition, environmental responsibility, and community involvement.

The celebration featured the following activities:

🛵 Motorcade Around the Town: Raised public awareness and encouraged community participation in the 52nd Nutrition Month celebration.

📝 Health Education Session: Highlighted the significance of Nutrition Month and the vital role of every community member in promoting health and nutrition.

🧠 Tagisan ng Talino: A nutrition quiz bee and health education activity participated by parents of nutritionally at-risk children.

👧🏻 Interactive Activity for Children: Introduced children to healthy eating habits through fun and engaging activities.

🍉 Pinaka Competition: Showcased the harvests of our Barangay Nutrition Scholars, promoting nutrition, food security, and sustainable gardening.

🎁 Distribution of Oral Hygiene Kits: Reinforced the importance of oral hygiene as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

Together, let us continue to make healthy choices, care for our environment, and build a stronger, healthier Mondragon. 🥒🥦

🌞Mobility brings independence, dignity, and hope🌞

The Mondragon Primary Care Facility extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Department of Health Office, headed by Dr. Rommel C. Francisco, for providing assistive devices to selected beneficiaries following the assessment conducted by Physical Therapist Sir James Bryan Fuentes.

We also sincerely acknowledge the unwavering support of the Local Government Unit of Mondragon, led by Hon. Mario M. Madera, and Barangay Makiwalo, headed by Hon. Judy D. Unay, for their valuable support in making this activity a success.

Wheelchairs, walkers, quad canes, and crutches were distributed to empower individuals with improved mobility, greater independence, and a better quality of life.

Together, we continue to build a healthier, more inclusive, and more compassionate Mondragon. ♥️🌺👥

A PuroKalusugan Large-Scale Activity in Barangay Mirador, Mondragon, Northern Samar, was successfully conducted through the collective efforts and support of our partners and stakeholders. The activity began with a short program highlighting the importance of PuroKalusugan in promoting accessible, quality, and people-centered healthcare for every community.
We were honored by the presence and unwavering support of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Mario M. Madera, as well as our valued visitors from PDOHO. Following the program, various PuroKalusugan health services were provided to our community, bringing essential healthcare closer to those who need it most.
Thank you to everyone who made this activity a success. Together, we continue bringing quality healthcare closer to every Filipino.
