We are urgently hiring for the position of Sales Consultant!
🔹 Qualifications:
✅ At least 1-year in service
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Must be sales-driven and goal-oriented
✅ At least a high college level or graduate
✅ Willing to work on-site and start ASAP
🔹 Responsibilities:
🔸Marketing & Prospecting: Engage in ongoing local marketing, and identify potential and existing clients.
🔸Client Consultations: Conduct aesthetic assessments, consultations, and set goals tailored to client needs.
🔸Risk & Service Assessment: Evaluate risk factors and recommend appropriate services.
🔸Sales & Revenue: Meet sales targets and handle collections as set by management.
🔸Client Onboarding: Guide clients through orientation, initial scheduling, and medical exams.
🔸Documentation & Records: Maintain all necessary client and service-related documentation.
🔸After-Sales Support: Provide personalized follow-up (e.g., thank-you and birthday cards).
🔸Collaboration: Work with clinical teams for service delivery.
🔸Client Monitoring: Track and report on client progress and outcomes.
