𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘀, as one of the speakers in the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗣𝗚𝗣 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 organized by the 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (𝗣𝗣𝗚𝗣) in collaboration with 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀 – 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆.

Held on July 4, 2026 at the 5th Floor Executive Lounge, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, the assembly brought together pharmacy preceptors, educators, practitioners, and graduates for meaningful discussions centered on strengthening mentorship and preparing future-ready pharmacists. 💊🎓

UMUSONG SA BAHA? PROTEKTAHAN ANG SARILI!

Ang baha ay maaaring maglaman ng mga mikrobyo at iba pang contaminants na maaaring magdulot ng impeksiyon. Kaya mahalagang maging maingat bago, habang, at pagkatapos lumusong sa baha.

Tandaan ang 3 mahahalagang hakbang:

1. Magsuot ng bota at protective gear upang mabawasan ang direktang pagkakadikit sa maruming tubig.
2. Maglinis agad pagkatapos — maligo gamit ang malinis na tubig at sabon at linisin ang anumang sugat o gasgas.
3. Magpakonsulta kung kinakailangan — lalo na kung may sugat o nakararanas ng mga sintomas pagkatapos malantad sa baha.

Mahalagang paalala: Huwag basta uminom ng doxycycline. Ito ay dapat gamitin lamang ayon sa payo at reseta ng doktor o iba pang kwalipikadong health professional.

Sa panahon ng baha, ang tamang kaalaman at pag-iingat ay mahalagang bahagi ng proteksiyon sa kalusugan.
