It is our intention to build a community that supports holistic wellness through understanding the Truth, utilizing the yogic technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by Yogi Bhajan. It has become our purpose to bring forth the light. Our mission to create a sacred space for healing, elevating consciousness in ourselves through deeply connecting to our Soul. It is to be a “Soul Friend” to those who are called to deliver yogic technology to help communities elevate consciousness in this generation, affecting all generations to come. It is a birthing place for healing arts practitioners, yogis, teachers and seekers. It's an answered prayer to hold space for a yogic and meditation practice with the intention to build a community that supports health and wellness through hands on understanding of the importance of authenticity and embodiment of Truth toward a successful and meaningful life utilising the yogic technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by Yogi Bhajan, as well as, other healing modalities. Marisa didn’t just teach practices,
she created spaces where people could meet themselves fully.

Her work brought together movement, breath, sound, and truth guiding people through discomfort, into awareness, and back into connection with who they are.

She had a rare ability to see people clearly,
and to call them forward with honesty and care.

With her, there was no performance.
Only presence.
Only the quiet remembering of what is real.

Through Anam Cara Manila, she built more than a studio, she built a community rooted in healing, integrity, and shared human experience.

Her impact lives on in the lives she touched,
in the practices she shared,
and in the spaces she helped shape.

Many knew her as a teacher, a guide, or someone who could hold space without judgment.
