Narito ang first aid na dapat gawin sakaling maranasan ang heat stroke:
• Dalhin sa malilim at maginhawang lugar ang pasyente;
• Luwagan o alisin ang pangtaas na damit at lapatan ng malamig na tubig. Kung maaari, itapat sa electric fan;
• Maglagay ng malamig na bagay sa mga kritikal na
bahagi ng katawan gaya ng kilikili, singit, likod, at pulso;
• Painumin ng malamig na tubig;
• Pahigain at i-angat ang mga paa ng mas mataas sa ulo para sa maayos na daloy ng dugo;
• Tumawag sa pinakamalapit na ospital para mabigyan ng karampatang lunas ang pasyente matapos bigyan ng first aid.

Huwag pakampante, heat stroke ay iwasan!
