Working together for every learner's well-being. ๐
Last July 9โ10, 2026, the NNHS CARE Center successfully conducted the simultaneous administration of the Children and Adolescent Risk Screener (CARS) and the Rapid HEEADSSS Assessment for Grade 11 and Grade 12 learners.
Following the collection of signed informed consent forms from parents and guardians, the screening was administered by our dedicated Grade 11 and Grade 12 advisers during their scheduled Homeroom Guidance classes. A small group of learners also completed the assessment at the CARE Center, where additional guidance and support were readily available.
This initiative reflects our shared commitment to the early identification of learners' needs, promoting mental health and well-being, and fostering a safe, supportive, and nurturing school environment where every learner feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
