The DDOSCāMain ROTC Unit successfully underwent its Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) on April 10, 2026, marking a significant milestone in its continued pursuit of excellence in military training and leadership development. Under the steadfast leadership of Corps Commander CDT LTC Rian Dominic D. Guarte, 1CL, the unit demonstrated exceptional discipline, coordination, and preparedness, ultimately garnering an overall rating of 90.7%āa commendable reflection of the unitās operational readiness and collective competence.
The inspection was spearheaded by Chairman of the RAATI Inspection Team, COL Romeo N. Bautista III, INF GSC PA, whose presence ensured a thorough and objective evaluation of the unitās capabilities. Also in attendance were COL Calixto D. Cadano Jr., ART (GSC) PA, Commander of the 11th Regional Community Defense Group (11RCDG), and COL Noli P. Kanashiro, INF (GSC) PA, Commandant of the 1103rd Community Defense Center, alongside a panel of distinguished evaluators assigned to various military stakes. Their guidance and critical assessment played a vital role in upholding the standards and integrity of the inspection.
