Honored to participate the fruitful discussions during the Provincial Peace and Order Council meeting on April 15, 2026 and had the chance to speak before the council, requesting for consideration by asking the Veterans Federation of the Philippines (VFP) National Headquarters to establish VFP facility in the province of Davao de Oro for the veterans and military retirees to promote mutual help for the former comrades- in- arms residing in the Province.

[𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦] 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 2026
The DDOSC–Main ROTC Unit successfully underwent its Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) on April 10, 2026, marking a significant milestone in its continued pursuit of excellence in military training and leadership development. Under the steadfast leadership of Corps Commander CDT LTC Rian Dominic D. Guarte, 1CL, the unit demonstrated exceptional discipline, coordination, and preparedness, ultimately garnering an overall rating of 90.7%—a commendable reflection of the unit’s operational readiness and collective competence.
The inspection was spearheaded by Chairman of the RAATI Inspection Team, COL Romeo N. Bautista III, INF GSC PA, whose presence ensured a thorough and objective evaluation of the unit’s capabilities. Also in attendance were COL Calixto D. Cadano Jr., ART (GSC) PA, Commander of the 11th Regional Community Defense Group (11RCDG), and COL Noli P. Kanashiro, INF (GSC) PA, Commandant of the 1103rd Community Defense Center, alongside a panel of distinguished evaluators assigned to various military stakes. Their guidance and critical assessment played a vital role in upholding the standards and integrity of the inspection.
Behind this achievement lies the silent sacrifices, relentless training, and unwavering commitment of every cadet who stood in formation and performed their duties with honor. Long hours of preparation, physical exhaustion, mental resilience, and personal discipline were all poured into this moment—proving that excellence is never accidental, but earned through perseverance and unity. Each movement executed, each command followed, and each standard met was a testament to the cadets’ dedication not only to the program, but to the ideals of service, leadership, and patriotism.
This accomplishment is not merely a numerical rating, but a reflection of the strength of character and esprit de corps that defines the DDOSC–Main ROTC Unit. As the unit continues its journey, this RAATI result will serve as both a benchmark and an inspiration—to strive further, train harder, and uphold the honor of the corps in every endeavor.
