✨ 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨: 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 ✨

Creating a mentally healthy community starts with meaningful dialogue, greater awareness, and a shared commitment to supporting one another's well-being.

The recently conducted 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔: 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓 in San Isidro, Iriga City last June 20, 2026 brought together youth participants and SK officials in a collaborative learning experience focused on understanding mental health and its relevance in everyday life.

Through interactive small-group discussions, participants discussed their experiences and perceptions regarding mental health, allowing for deeper conversations on how the community views and responds to mental health concerns. The activity provided a safe space for open dialogue, encouraged mental health awareness, and emphasized the important role that young people and community leaders play in promoting psychological well-being.

Together, we continue to break the stigma, promote understanding, and create communities where mental health truly matters.

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that effective July 8, 2026, there will be an adjustment in the fees for our psychological services.

This decision was not made lightly. Over the years, we have done our best to keep our rates as stable and accessible as possible while continuing to provide quality mental health services. However, rising operational costs have made this adjustment necessary to ensure that we can continue delivering professional and sustainable care to our clients.

To help ease the transition, we will be implementing a grace period:

• 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝘾𝙇𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎 – Current rates will remain applicable until July 7, 2026. Beginning July 8, 2026, the new rates will apply.

• 𝙀𝙓𝙄𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘾𝙇𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎 (𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜/𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙜) – Current rates will remain applicable until September 7, 2026. Beginning September 8, 2026, the new rates will apply.

Starting September 8, 2026, the updated fees will be in effect for both new and existing clients.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, trust, and continued support. It is our privilege to be part of your mental health journey, and we remain committed to providing compassionate and quality psychological services to our community.

The Commencement Exercises of ADNU Higher Education shall begin on 29 May 2026 at the Bagumbayan Campus. Although there will be office operations in the morning, some will close to participate in the Graduation Mass and Awards Convocation. The Treasurer’s Office will be open in the morning for onsite transactions.

To help decongest the campus on the afternoon of Friday, May 29, and to facilitate graduation attendance for our AdNU personnel, office operations at the Bagumbayan Campus shall close beginning at 12:00 noon.
