A journey of a thousand miles for the gift of sight! 🌍✈️

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Dillon for the incredible trust they placed in me and our team.

Over 20 years ago, both of them underwent LASIK procedures in the United States. Fast forward to last month, they made the decision to fly all the way from the US to the Philippines specifically to have their cataract surgeries done with us.

Post-LASIK eyes require meticulous attention, especially when it comes to precision lens calculations and surgical planning. After thorough screening, clearances, and customized calculations, we successfully performed the cataract surgeries and lens implantations.

Nothing brings greater joy to a surgeon than seeing patients recover beautifully. We are absolutely thrilled that Mr. and Mrs. Dillon are flying back home to the States as "20/Happy" patients!

Once again, thank you for trusting us with your eyes and allowing us to be a part of your vision journey. Safe travels back home! 🇺🇸✈️🇵🇭

Dr. Lee Tan obtained his medical degree at the University of the Philippines - College of Medicine

He finished residency in Ophthalmology and fellowship in Glaucoma at the UP Philippine General Hospital

He is the head of Bicol Access Health Eye Center.
