Ang Stroke ay isang emergency. Bawat segundo ay mahalaga.

Alamin ang mga sanhi, kilalanin ang mga senyales, at kumilos agad upang makapagligtas ng buhay.

Kapag nakakita ng:
✔️ Biglaang panghihina ng mukha, braso, o binti
✔️ Hirap magsalita o umintindi
✔️ Pagkahilo o pagkawala ng balanse
✔️ Biglaang paglabo ng paningin
✔️ Matinding sakit ng ulo na walang malinaw na dahilan

⏱️ Huwag maghintay. Kumilos agad at dalhin sa pinakamalapit na ospital.

Matapos ang stroke, mahalaga ang Physical Therapy upang matulungan ang pasyente na maibalik ang lakas, balanse, paglalakad, at kakayahang gawin muli ang pang-araw-araw na gawain.

📌 “Common Bone, Joint, and Muscle Problems — and Care for Stroke Survivors”

Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na bigyan ng sapat na kaalaman ang ating mga BHWs tungkol sa karaniwang musculoskeletal problems at tamang pag-aalaga sa mga stroke survivors — upang mas mapalakas ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa bawat barangay.
