Not all wounds show. Not all healing is loud.
The Kaagapay Socialization is a homecoming. Not the loud kind. The quiet kind, where you finally stop performing for approval.
Some wounds donโt bleed. They hide in the way we laugh too quickly, the way we keep moving, and the way we learn to be useful before we learn to be held.
During the program, we made space for the unseen: the tired parts, the guarded parts, and the parts that survived so long they forgot how to rest.
That day, our Kaagapay were allowed to heal a little of themselves.

What we heal in private, becomes strength we can offer in the community.
