Salamat din po sa inyong mga bigay, kahit hindi na po sana kayo nag-abala. 🎁🥹 Honestly, masaya na po ako kapag binibisita ninyo ako at patuloy ninyo akong pinagkakatiwalaan. Sana po hindi kayo magsawang bumisita. 🤗💕 Maraming salamat po! 🙏🤍

⚠️ PAALALA SA LAHAT NG BUNTIS 🤰🌧️

Hangga’t maaari, iwasang lumusong sa baha. Maaaring kontaminado ito ng ihi ng daga at magdulot ng leptospirosis, na maaaring makasama kay Mommy at Baby.

Kung hindi maiiwasan:

✅ Magsuot ng bota
✅ Takpan ang anumang sugat
✅ Maligo agad gamit ang sabon at malinis na tubig

Kapag nagkaroon ng lagnat, panginginig, pananakit ng ulo o binti, pamumula ng mata, pagsusuka, o panghihina matapos lumusong sa baha, kumonsulta agad sa inyong doktor. Huwag uminom ng antibiotic nang walang reseta.

Mag-ingat po tayo palagi, Mommy! Ingatan ang sarili para kay Baby. 🤰🏻💗
