To all my dear patients at Mendoza General Hospital,

I want to let you know that I will be leaving Mendoza General Hospital soon. My last clinic day here will be on April 27, 2026.

Thank you so much for trusting me to be your doctor over the years. It has been an honor to take care of you and get to know you.

Your health is very important to me, so I want to make sure you still get the care you need after I leave:

• If you want to stay at Mendoza General: I can refer you to other good doctors here. Just send a message to this page or let me know during our next check-up so we can get your medical records ready.

• If you want to keep seeing me: I still have clinics in Bocaue and Marilao, Bulacan. Just message this page to get my schedule.
