Yesterday, I saw a patient for initial consult with a creatinine >400. She has meds for hypertension and diabetes but she has also been taking online-purchased supplements for several years.

A quick search revealed:

• Hemorrhoids
• A**l swelling and pain
• Improving blood circulation

2. 𝗖𝗔 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿 - claims very serious indications
• Removal of toxic materials
• Improves immune function
• Balancing, shrinking & restraining growth of cancer and tumor cells (pancreatic, gastric, lung, liver, cervical, leukemia, etc.)
• Contains Semen Strychni (Nux vomica) which can be toxic if improperly processed and with excessive use can cause severe neurotoxicity and renal injury.
