If your back pain comes with weakness, numbness in the groin area, changes in bladder or bowel control, fever, major trauma, or other concerning symptoms, seek medical attention.

Madalas, senyales ito na may nangyayari sa loob ng joint.

Puwede itong makita sa arthritis, gout, injury, infection, at iba pang conditions.

Kaya hindi pare-pareho ang treatment. Mahalagang malaman muna ang cause bago magdesisyon kung ano ang kailangang gawin.

Kung masakit, persistent, o pabalik-balik ang pamamaga, magpatingin for proper assessment.

Masakit at matigas ang balikat? Hirap magsuklay, magbihis o abutin ang likod?

Baka frozen shoulder.

Mas common ito sa adults 40+ at sa may diabetes, pero puwedeng mangyari kahit kanino. Recovery can take months, sometimes up to 2 years.

Pero hindi lahat ng shoulder pain ay frozen shoulder. Magpatingin para malaman ang tamang diagnosis at treatment. 💜🩵

Try adding these 3 exercises to your strength routine.

3 sets x 15 reps each leg.
Slow and controlled.

And if the pain isn’t going away, don’t just keep running through it. Have it checked by your board certified physiatrist 😊
