Through the leadership of our Program Coordinator, Ms. Gevs Desiongco , our office successfully conducted an Aftercare session for one (1) Recovering Persons Who Used Drugs (RPWUD).

This activity forms part of our continuing commitment to ensuring sustained recovery, reintegration, and overall well-being of our beneficiaries. Through regular monitoring, guidance, and support, we aim to empower RPWUDs to maintain a drug-free lifestyle and become productive members of the community.

Recovery is a continuous journey, and every step forward is a testament to resilience, determination, and the collective effort of our stakeholders in building safer, healthier, and drug-free communities.

AGAK Daily Updates | June 8, 2026

Today was another productive day for the AGAK Drug Rehabilitation and Support Services Team under the leadership of our Program Coordinator, Ms. Gevs Desiongco

In the morning, upon the request of PB Bernardino P. Camus of Barangay Macabug, the AGAK Team conducted a Drug Test Screening and Monitoring activity for fifty-three (53) elected and appointed barangay personnel. This initiative highlights the barangay's commitment to promoting a drug-free workplace and strengthening community efforts toward a safer and healthier environment.

In the afternoon, the 2nd Stakeholders and Partners' Meeting was successfully conducted, marking the official start of the Rehabilitation Sessions for Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs). The meeting served as an avenue to strengthen collaboration among partner agencies and stakeholders in support of rehabilitation, recovery, and community reintegration programs.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all offices and partner agencies who participated and expressed their commitment to the success of our rehabilitation initiatives.

In addition, the office also conducted Drug Test Screening and Monitoring for one (1) Rehabilated Person Who Used Drugs (RPWUD) getting his Certificate of Completion (COC) and one (1) PWUD under regular monitoring.

Together, we continue to build stronger partnerships and promote a drug-free, healthy, and resilient community.

Earlier this morning, the A.G.A.K. Drug Rehabilitation conducted Zumba and Coastal Clean-up activity at Brgy. Alegria. Presents were some of the stakeholders from OCPO, BJMP Ormoc Male & Female Dorm, BFP, PDEA, CSWD, CYDO, ADMIN and ENRD. AGAK Daily Updates | June 1, 2026

Today, our office conducted its regular monthly meeting under the leadership of our Program Coordinator, Ms. Gevs Desiongco . The meeting focused on the review of monthly accomplishments, assessment of ongoing initiatives, and planning of upcoming activities to ensure the continuous delivery of quality services to our clients and communities.

As part of our commitment to monitoring and supporting Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) enrolled in our program, the team conducted drug test screening and monitoring activities for five (5) clients.

In addition, three (3) PWUDs rendered community service as part of their rehabilitation and reintegration process.

Through collaboration, dedication, and continuous monitoring, we remain committed to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and become productive members of society.
