The OSPA Farmers' Medical Center – Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center is honored to partner with the City Government of Ormoc and the Ormoc City Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) for the Outreach Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities, in celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week.

This outreach program reflects our shared commitment to making quality rehabilitation services more accessible to those who need them most. Through home exercise education, health counseling, and community engagement, we aim to empower persons with disabilities to achieve greater independence, improved function, and a better quality of life.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the City Government of Ormoc, Ormoc City PDAO, Barangay Curva, our dedicated healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partner organizations for making this meaningful initiative possible.
